To Our Bellflower High School Graduating Class of 2020,
This is not the way we or anyone envisioned your senior year ending, and while writing this, it is still difficult to comprehend. We Hear You. We See You. We Feel You. But most importantly, please know that We Love You.
It is easy to direct your anger at school officials during this time of uncertainty, but we assure you, we are working tirelessly to figure out the best way to complete your senior year, to honor you, and to recognize all of your hard-earned achievements. It is important to us to celebrate you and to offer as many special senior experiences as we can while still meeting the guidelines set by public health and government officials.
Up to this point we’ve been waiting for direction and guidance from various officials, and as you have experienced COVID-19 related information is constantly changing, sometimes daily.
Please click on the document below to see the most current information regarding all scheduled end of year events. Our goal is to honor you, the class of 2020 as best we can under the circumstances. If the event has not been labeled as canceled, the reason is that we are continuing to research and plan alternatives, if possible, for honoring the class of 2020. Again, if guidelines set by public health and government officials permit.
