Welcome Cecilia Madrid - New Craig Williams Principal

Cecilia Madrid joins Bellflower Unified School District as the new principal of Craig Williams with over 26 years’ experience as an educator and instructional leader. She began her career as an elementary teacher in several grade levels and most recently was serving as a K-8 principal in a dual immersion school for the past 6 years. Prior to that position, she served as a Curriculum Specialist for 5 years supporting and assisting classroom teachers with instruction and intervention and she also served as an assistant principal in a K-8 elementary.  She is an alumni of California State Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) and is a firm believer that to reach educational excellence there needs to be a collaborative process with all stakeholders.  It is her mission to have students look forward to their educational journey by providing them with  a learning atmosphere that is safe, enjoyable, and equitable. Ms. Madrid is excited to join the Wildcat family and is looking forward to a productive year.
