Letter 1 of 2 (based on test)
Dear Parent/Guardian(s) and AP students,
The Bellflower Unified School District has received communication from the College Board regarding new 2021 AP exam dates due to the COVID-19 School closure.
Mayfair High School will be administering AP exams during the Administration 2 testing window (May 18 -28).
The following tests will be full length digital, administered at home:

- District issued chromebook - (contact me if you need one).
- Smartphones or personal chromebooks are not permitted.
- Good internet connection (contact me if you need a jetpack).
- 2021 AP App - (more information to come)
We encourage our students to take advantage of taking the AP exams this year, but we understand that the COVID-19 restrictions may prevent you from doing so. The following tests will be administered full length paper and pencil, administered safely in school (following strict safety protocols). These exams have the option to be taken digitally at home (the week after school gets out (June 9th or June 10th). If you are interested in taking the Digital exam after school gets out -please click here:

**Strict safety protocols are based on the LACDPH Reopening Protocols for K-12 schools
“Supervised administration of college admission tests, including PSAT, ACT, and SAT exams. College admission tests, including PSAT, ACT, and SAT exams, may be conducted at schools as long as students are appropriately cohorted for the entire duration of the assessment (no more than 14 students in each classroom with a distance of at least 6 feet between students and between students and teachers. All students and staff are wearing face masks for the entire time on campus, infection control directives are in place. There is no gathering at arrival and dismissal times or during test breaks.”
