California Healthy Kids Survey
The California Healthy Kids Survey will be administered in January of 2025. Student participation in the survey is voluntary. Permission slips with additional information will be sent home in January of 2025. Grade levels participating in the survey include 5th, 7th, 9th, & 11th .
