California Healthy Kids Survey
The California Healthy Kids Survey will be administered in January of 2025. Student participation in the survey is voluntary. Permission slips with additional information will be sent home in January. Grade levels participating in the survey include 5th, 7th, 9th, & 11th . Samples of the student surveys are linked below. Dear Bellflower Unified School District Families,
In light of the Board of Education's recent resolution and the new state law requiring schools to limit student cell phone use, we want to hear your thoughts. We invite you to take a moment to complete this important survey, which will be open until Friday, October 18, 2024.
We also encourage you to invite your child to participate. While the survey is primarily designed for students in grades 6 through 12, younger students are welcome to share their point of view as well.
