Reclassification Criteria

Teacher evaluates student's curriculum mastery and considers recommendation for reclassification based on data as well as the district's local basic skills assessments.

1. Grades K-3rd: Meet grade level proficiency using NWEA MAP assessment or District Writing Assessment
2. Grades 4th-12th: Meet grade level proficiency using NWEA MAP assessment, District Writing Assessment or Performance Level of Standard Met or Standard Exceeded on the most current SBAC

1. Once students meet all the specified criteria for reclassification, we proceed to contact their parents or guardians for a consultation.
