Bellflower Early Learning Link (BELL)
Bellflower Unified offers a FREE interactive program (BELL) for families residing within the boundaries of BUSD. BELL is designed for children aged 0-5 years and their parents/caretakers. At BELL, you will engage your child in activities designed to develop their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills. Most importantly, you will have fun, learn alongside your child, and meet members of our community!
2026-2027 School Year
- Program Dates: Monday, August 24- Thursday, June 3, 2027
- Program Days: Monday - Thursday and one Friday each month
- Program Times: 8:45 AM - 11:15 AM
A special session will focus on the exploration and discovery of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math).

- Program Dates: Monday, August 25 - Thursday, June 4, 2026
- Program Days: Monday - Thursday and one Friday each month
- Program Times: 8:45 AM - 11:15 AM

Arrival and Morning Routine
|
Caregiver and child come in and complete their morning routine (wash hands, greet classmates, teacher sign in, answer any questions)

Indoor Free Play
|
Activities, toys, and various manipulatives will be out for the child and parent to play or child will be able to play with others.

Parent Talk
|
Check in with Caregivers: This is an open forum for the caregiver to talk about the topic of the day: Learn Skills, Interact with teacher and other caregivers, Reassurance, Community and classroom building.

Centers/Crafts
|
Caregivers and children will work through various centers for a specific amount of time. Teacher will rotate and help as needed. Centers will be designed to teacher various math, science, fine motor, literacy, are, and social skills.

Various Gross Motor activities are set up around our outdoor playground (weather permitting) to practice and develop various gross motor skills and to "shake our sillies out" before heading home.
