Healthy Kids Survey

Each year, BUSD provides an opportunity for parents to take the California Healthy Kids Surveys (CHKS) in order to collect parents’ perceptions of the overall school climate and parent-school involvement opportunities. The results of this survey will be used as a tool to inform our Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) process. 

The survey is voluntary and anonymous; however, we highly encourage you to participate in this opportunity.
