Hello Pyle Families,
We had a wonderful start to our school year this week!
If you have not yet completed data confirmation in the Parent Portal please be sure to do so ASAP.
Each year every student needs to have their health and emergency contact information updated. Please be sure to log into your parent portal account to complete data confirmation for your student so that you can share the most up-to-date information with us. August 9th you will be able to log into your parent portal account if data confirmation has been completed to view the name of your student's teacher and where they will need to go on the first day of school. Students in grades 1-6 will meet their teacher on the big playground and students in Tk or Kindergarten will meet their teachers in the kindergarten playground. Ernie Pyle has partnered with the YMCA to provide free before school care for those families who could benefit from this. Please visit the home page of our website ERNIEPYLEELEMENTARY.org on the home page to register.
This week students have reconnected with friends and have learned all about their teachers and our PBIS PAWS expectations at school to keep everyone safe and to provide a PAWSitive learning environment. Please ask your student what they learned.
The office is now open 8:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. Please contact us at 562-804-6528 with any questions. If you need to register a student you can go on ErniePyleElementary.org and select the Registration tab at the top so that you can begin the process.
