Ernie Pyle is a PBIS school because we have schoolwide behavior expectations to show our PAWS. Please take this short survey to give us feedback regarding our PBIS on campus.

Monday, our PTA kicked off the spring fundraiser. Thank you in advance to those families who are able to help us raise money for the PTA to continue providing amazing events for our students.

For the third trimester, we will be having a "No Tardy Popsicle Party With the Principal" for all students who are on time each day at school throughout the month of May. We hope that everyone will be able to attend!

Teacher appreciation week is here! Please help show your teacher how much we appreciate them through participation in our teacher appreciation week activity suggestions. Monday, draw or bring a flower for your teacher, Tuesday thank your teacher for making your future bright, Wednesday write your teacher a note telling them why they are special, Thursday bring your teacher a treat, Friday thank your teacher for sharpening your skills.

Next Tuesday is Open House! School will be dismissed at 12:35 pm. All families are welcome to come Tuesday evening to celebrate a great year of learning. Gates will open at 5:30 pm for families to visit vendors from our community and see what your student can be involved in. At 5:45 pm in the cafeteria, there will be introductions of teachers, a short PTA meeting, and a presentation about our free tutoring program available to all BUSD students called PAPER Tutoring. From 6:15-7:15 pm, families are welcome to visit our classrooms and see some of the learning that has taken place this year. Please join us for this exciting evening!
