ASE Automotive Technology 1
Open to Grades 9-12
This course will introduce students to the automotive industry. Students will solve problems with automotive safety, maintenance, electrical, cooling and fuel systems. Students will learn technical skills such as tire installation, battery replacement, brake repair, cooling and fuel system repair, suspension, alignment and HVAC. The course will prepare students for ASE Automotive Technology 2, where students will explore alternative energy/ fuel electric vehicles. Additional assignments in Google Classroom.
