Homeless Youth

The Student Residency Affidavit form is intended to address the requirements mandated within the McKinney-Vento Assistance Act, U.S.C.A. 42 Section 11302(a).  The McKinney-Vento Act defines homeless children and youths as individuals who lack a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence.  Click here to fill out the Homeless Youth Form.
